I did not go through the OCI process. I gave my resume to an associate whom I met and he was kind enough to give it to recruiting. Two days later, recruiting called me to set up an interview time for the next week. I interviewed with a hiring partner for 30 minutes and then with an associate for 30 minutes. Recruiting reached out to me 11 days later to set up a callback interview. I went in the following week for four 30-minute interviews with two associates and two partners, one of whom was an alumn from my law school. I got a call one week later from the first hiring partner with whom I met with an offer. I accepted four days later.

Really drawn out- straight to callback but had to wait a while to get the interview scheduled. Had the interview and it has been a month since then with no further information. This is the case with many people. I think in 2025-26 they are unsure on how to approach the hiring cycle.
