The interview process was very laid back and relaxed. We discussed the job duties as well as compensation. We also discussed the company goals and rules. We then did a brief training session and tour of the facility. Overall, I believe the interview process was extremely helpful with acquainting me with the facility as well as answering any questions that I had.
