Dreadful. Communication with the HR person was very difficult; my questions were ignored, the date repeatedly pushed back. The interview could very easily have been done over Teams/Zoom but they insisted on a face-to-face visit, and then refused to refund my travel expenses. (Standard class rail fare and 1 night in a Premier Inn.) Beware of accepting an interview invitation from them, my impression is that they interview almost everyone.
