Standard Super Day, I was given 2 small cases I had to solve with two partners, and then I got a bigger case study that I needed to work on 1+0,5 hours and present it to 5 partners.

To do a presentation on a case study with 3 main questions.
Initial screening by HR.
Assessment (math reading etc.) followed by 3 case interviews. Cases with progressively more senior staff as you pass each.
Very standard process for a consulting firm.

Entrevista
Not impressed with the human resources team. They are very robotic and impersonal. The interview was scheduled for 1.5 months later and there was no communication or onboarding call to explain the expectations. I was doing MBB and Big 4 interviews at the same time, this stood out as the worst energy.
