Very thorough interview process. I met a broad cross section of people from the business and was able to get a good sense of what it would be like to work at the company. Questions were focused on capabilities which allowed me to demonstrate what I could contribute to Rokt. The executive team is split across NY and Sydney so at times scheduling can be tricky but I always felt like I was kept up to date with where the process was at. It is obvious that Rokt places great pride on their team and culture.
