Rogue Marketing isn't a real marketing firm that is offering you a "coordinator" or "entry level" position where you will help clients implement and manage marketing strategies... They have one client, Verizon, and it is 6 days a week of door-to-door sales. It was extremely misleading how they described the position and the company online when I initially applied. After two interviews and spending the day with their team, it was extremely clear that everything they had advertised about the job was a huge stretching of the truth. If door-to-door sales for Verizon and commission-based pay is what you want, go for it. If you actually want to work in marketing, don't let them mislead you.

The job description was very misleading from what I learned about the role during the interview. The job description made this job seem like what one would typically think a Marketing Coordinator would do. Once I began the interview I soon realized working six days a week with crazy hours going door to door trying to get people to sign up for Verizon services was not what I wanted to do. During the interview I was not asked a single question about my prior work experience, my education or really anything regarding myself and my skills and ability to perform the job functions. I was prepared for and expecting a real, professional interview and that is not what I got. The gentlemen who interviewed me did not give me a chance to ask any questions regarding the position or the company, and he was also late to the interview.
