Not sure if this speaks for the whole company or not however, the operations side had easily some of the most disrespectful people to date. I had my first interview get delayed, then the second interview delayed, no response for a month only for the MD of operations to send me a email calling me the wrong name for a final interview. Had my final interview and got ghosted. Once I had a few red flags, I knew that this was a job you should take only if your fond of Stockholm Syndrome
