We had a phone interview followed by an on-site interview. Usually, the "top brass" of the company comes down for a whole day of group tests and interviews, but in my they didn't do the group interviews. I got interviewed by the founders of the company and talked about the company culture, their goals and basically how they worked there. We didn't do a test, as they were mostly looking for someone without experience and accepted that training would be involved.
