I applied to Roblox in December 2020, receiving a hacker rank and a survey asking about my interests for working at Roblox within one week. The responses to the survey must matter, because I got an invitation to a virtual onsite with two engineers despite not passing all test-cases on the hacker rank. Both asked fairly standard questions and I enjoyed talking to both engineers afterwards. Within a week, I moved onto a final round with a bar raiser and an interview with a hiring manager. Once again, I had a great time talking to the interviewers after I finished the required tasks. All my interviewers were very helpful and friendly; you could tell they enjoy working for Roblox. I received an offer around a one week later. Overall process took around 7-8 weeks from the initial application to an offer.

I interviewed twice for this position. I passed the online OAs which included four tests, and was invited to a technical interview online. The first interview was two reasonable LC easy-mediums which had two parts each. However, I could not complete the second part of the second question. When I re-interviewed with them two months later to try again, the question bank got way more difficult, involving LC med-hards. I could not complete the questions the second time around, and I imagine you would have to basically memorize these answers to be able to do them on the interview in an hour each.
