I applied online through their website accountemps.jobs.net and received a call from them after 4 days. The staff told me my resume was perfect for the job. The process was fairly simple with two interviews. One on the phone and the other on site. The staff were very accommodating and nice.
The interview was a great experience. First the recruiter reached out and then I had an interview with the manager of the company. The interviewer questions that were fundamentals of Accounting and why I wanted this position.

It was easy and quick with simple questions. Go through your resume and experience to see if you are a good fit. Nothing too hard, the manager was very nice and patient.

The interview was great window to the company's hiring process and it went well. the expected projects were unknown and it turns out the company try to find projects based on the employees set of skills, then they market the employee under company's name.
