Out of State Applicant - Inquired about local paralegal positions with recruiter Rachel via phone, and scheduled an in person interview. My process was a lot different from what I learned from people that went on initial screenings and/or interviews. Robert Half Legal treats applicants differently based on: local vs out of state, race and ethnicity, and I heard from some people, age also plays a significant factor regarding selection and current opportunities.

Super easy interview process. I just had one interview over zoom with a VP and then they placed me. You might have multiple contacts but just cc them all on communication to get things done.
Multiple online interviews to determine if you can do the job. You speak to a recruiter first, then team members you will be working with or under. The interviews aren't difficult and are conducted either on the phone or on Zoom/Teams calls.

The interview was smooth because the job title and duties were not new. I love the setting and self confidence interviews always give me. I will advise applicants to be self confident.
