When you first get to the office they make a copy of your driver's license and passport. Then they make you fill out an employment application and I-9 form. The entire process took about 45 minutes. After that, I waited for another 30 minutes and was finally seen by an associate. The associate was friendly and I was very comfortable during the interview.
