I think this is all rigged. TCG makes a random post on something you may be interested in, they boost you up saying how great your portfolio is and they want to interview. You never interview for the position you applied for, they just add you to their database and aren't really good at finding jobs. They say they want you to let them know about other jobs you apply for so there is no overlap but I don't have time to wait for a response before I apply. I found a job without them and didn't let them know.
