Interview process takes very long. Starts with initial 20 minute phone screen. From there you have a 45 minute zoom meeting with a hiring manager. If you advance from there, it's a cluster of interviews. 3 45 minute interviews with different managers. I think the company is pretty disorganized and their interview process is sort of in free fall. My panel of interviews had to be rescheduled, only for my recruiter to find out the day before that one of the interviewers was traveling. After not getting an offer, just got a generic automated email saying they went elsewhere. Candidate flexibility of interviews does not factor in when candidates bend over backwards to the organization's availability.
