Applied based on an internal referral. A week later had 30minute first round video interview with hiring manager. Lost track of time so feeling it went well. Following week invited to additional round of video interviews with individuals from engineering team and other engineering functions, 6-7 hours in all, spread over couple days, each segment lasting between 45-60minutes. All friendly and professional at this stage, nothing too difficult, went really well all round I thought. Was told to expect quick decision. HR made commitment to provide feedback within 2 weeks. After 4 weeks I contacted for an update, a polite and well worded correspondence, but met with zero response, no acknowledgement, just silence. Really poor communication etiquette. Another few weeks go by, still no communication, no rejection or offer, obviously I assume I didn’t get it. Feedback of decision is the atleast applicants should expect for giving their time for interviews. In summary, friendly people, but really poor communication, especially HR.

The interview process was pretty chill. First, I had a quick call with HR, then a technical round where they asked about my experience and projects. After that, there was a final discussion with the manager. Overall, it was smooth and not too stressful.
