Recruiter reached out to me in LinkedIn and asked if I would be interested. They had me fill out some employee application like it was 1999. It asked about precious job, previous company sizes and other checkboxes that you would see on paper applications... Like are you a veteran and stuff. I filled it out and sent to the recruiter. A few days later I received a rejection email. I did not make it a technical screen
