Didn't have to talk that much. They needed workers so it was pretty easy to get the job. I submitted a resume, had an interview, and started working in about 2 months. After getting the job you are required to get a standard drug test. Based on your performance/experience, your "jobs" become more technical like going from raking sand traps to mowing fairways or greens.
