Really comfortable interview over Microsoft teams, only myself and the hiring manager! Got asked about myself and then was asked six questions relating to customer service and the fashion industry and my own style/creativity inspiration
Online interview, then in real life there’s an interview. The online interview determines mostly if you have the job or not. In real life you get asked normal questions that you would get in an interview. Overall not too bad.

What would I do if the queue at the till was piling up and there was only 1 team member there?
They used an video interview process where a question would show on screen and I would have two attempts to record a video to awnser which would be sent of to someone to review.
