Two stage interview (initial phone screen skipped as they liked my CV so much) covering technical skills, experience and cultural fit in two different Zoom calls. All went swimmingly, and feedback was excellent but no offer was forthcoming because I was 'overqualified' for which read too old/expensive. Shame to experience blatant ageism when I'm still in my 40s. I expected better.
