You fill out an application. They call you to schedule an interview. There were two interviewers and the discussion was rather easy-going. There was a lot of explanation about the organization as well as questions about my background, experience, what I could bring to the company. It took about an hour and they ended up calling me that afternoon with an offer. I did have to go in for personality testing and fill out paperwork for a background check.
