They hired a 3rd party company FPG to staff company. I was contacted by email where I was told they were some impressed by my resume and would I talk to them for 15 minutes to see if I was a good fit. After a 15 talk and very very basic questions, I was told I would have a follow up call. After a few days I sent an email and was told they had moved on. This is why company’s are idiots to farm out their HR. I didn’t apply for this job, they contacted me. I am in the same industry and all my clients are potential clients of this company so why was I not a good fit? And you can be sure I will sell extra hard against Ritchie’s in the future.
