The interview process took two whole months, with 4 long interview stages including a 2-hour technical interview and another 2-hour “technical fit” interview. I passed all the interview stages and after investing so much time, efforts and resources, they ghosted me and did not even have the courtesy to let me know whether I was not selected for this role. I got a better offer a few weeks later but this is really bad HR management, especially for candidates who have spent so much time pursuing a job opportunity.
