Received an email the day after I applied explaining the background to the opening and more details on the requirements. I was asked a few questions such as size and skills in the teams I managed etc. After a week of waiting I made contact with the recruiter and was told they were still waiting for feedback from the Engineering Director. Contacted the recruiter again 10 days later, ghosted. Pity, the company looked good on paper.
