The interview part was fine: I got a phone call to schedule the interview, went to the interview which was one-on-one with the site manager, and then went to a follow-up interview with the mailroom supervisor. The difficult part was after I was hired; I had to work with a third-party HR group that took two weeks to verify my previous employers and had poor communication with both me and my site manager. All in all I would say that Ricoh was fine, but they should fire whoever they outsource their hiring process to.
