I applied through a temp agency and met with 2 wonderful ladies in the Lawrenceville location. Everything went well because a few days later I was called to have a phone interview with Ricoh. The Ricoh Rep with another person to conduct the interview while on speaker. I think conducting an interview on speaker was rude but whatever I went through with it. Someone from Ranstad told me the hiring process but the person from Ricoh told me a total different hiring process. I found that to be weird but I didn’t want to jump to conclusions at that time. She told me if they wanted to move forward they would call me in to MEET the other staff to see if I would “fit” in. So you have to lay eyes on me (meet) to see if I would fit in?!? NOT! They wanted to see if I was Black or WHITE because my name & voice through them off!!!!! So when I went in to meet the staff, it was another interview! An interview with 5 people!!!!!! So misleading.. and I felt ambushed! The person flat out lied! I guess a panel interview with 5 women is meeting the staff! As soon as I walked into the office one of the HR staff said “OMG YOU ARE TALL” How rude!!!!!!!!! I’ve been self conscious about my height for years. I felt so embarrassed and wanted to immediately cry! I actually wanted to walk out but I just blew the interview so I wouldn’t get a call back. These people are liars and rude! I would avoid them!
