Entrevista
The interview process was not difficult at all. I was contacted by a recruiter a couple days after I had applied. A week later, I went in for an interview which lasted about 40 minutes. About a week after that, I was advised of receiving the job offer and that was basically it
nothing I can recall. the process was as you would expect and you can see from the other reviews. There are questions and there are answers then a second interview if necessary.

Invited for initial in-person interview after submitting CV and Cover letter, for them to basically tell me in person that from my CV they didn't think I had enough experience. Timewasters.

Questions were not clear, but basically was asked if I know the Scottish Market. I proceeded to explain that I had a few scottish clients in my previous sales role, but they didn't really give me an opportunity to speak. Their Head of Sales for UK and Head of Sales for Scotland don't understand the 80/20 rule and just like the sound of their own voice.
Very smooth. 2 rounds of interviews. One was a phone interview. After the phone interview, you the manager. The manager asked basic questions around your experience. Additionally, he'll walk you through what typical day looks like.
