The interview process was relatively laid back. I met a key hiring figure at a job recruiting network event. That platform bypassed a lot of BS in getting to specifics about what they were looking for in a new hire. After doing a formal one on one interview, I then had to wait to do a webex presentation to the strategic director and a GM in another market. I blew them away, anyone with solid presentation skills and decent powerpoint skills could do this. I was hired a week after drug test was completed.

Entire process took about a 1 month. Initial phone call consisted of a Ricoh recruiter verifying my background. Second phone call was with the Sales Manager in which we discussed the position. During the on-site interview, I met with two Sales Managers and the next day went on a ride along with a sales rep.
