2 initial zoom calls on industry trends, currrent affairs, market specific issues, product offerrings and general motivations, followed by one presentation on an industry trends to a panel with the whole team, followed by another team interview

3 interviews with the whole group (even the first interview)but before that we need to pass an interview online befor the interview with the group. And the second interview with group I need to do a case
