**Make sure you are a NON-smoker before applying!** I applied online and received a telephone interview within four business days. The telephone interview was pretty basic. They asked a few questions: "How long do I plan on working for the company."; "Are you willing to further your education?"; "Do you smoke?"; "Have you ever smoked?". They then gave me a website to complete further information and to take an aptitude and other tests. They set me up for an appointment to come in and finish the testing and possible interview. Upon arriving at my appointed time, I sat a computer to finish taking their tests. They asked if I had time for an interview. After approximately 10 minutes, I met with one of their HR staff. The interview went well. The interviewer was very easy to speak with. The interview and testing took approximately two hours. She thanked me for my time and told me that she would pass my information on to the department head supervisor. I got the feeling that their work culture was college age to age thirty. The people were very nice and helpful.

I applied online and was sent and email to complete an approximately 2 hour long aptitude and personality assessment. After I submitted the online assessment I received an email asking for times for an in person interview and a 1 hour assessment at the office.
