Applied online and got a email that I was supposed to call this number. I called and talked to a recruiter about some basic questions (smoke?, driving record?, etc). She asked when I wanted to set up the in-house assessment and "possible" interview. I was emailed an assessment, application, and ethics questionaire. completed all three at home. I took the in-house assessment (three parts: pattern test, graphic test, and math test) at the headquarters. I turned in my scratch paper and was told to sit down. two minutes later, I was told everything went through and they would contact me in about a week. (aka kiss of death and thanks for wasting your time). The only people I saw getting interviews were 15 years younger than me.

After submitting the application, I was asked to complete the aptitude test. It was lengthy and some parts were difficult for me, and I didn't get to finish a couple sections. I was surprised when they followed up with me for an interview, so don't be discouraged by the test! I had 3 interviews total - one with a recruiter, one with a supervisor for the role, and one with a regional manager. Their questions mostly focused on my experience, and I think it helped that I asked a lot of questions to them.
