TERRIBLE! by far the worst interview process ever.
Not only you get tested on things that are irrelevant to your job/background.
This a "Hire American, buy American" Place of work. I heard stories from former employees. Micromanagement, corruption, racism, sexism. This sounds like a toxic work place. I rejected their offer for the following reasons:
1- Unprofessional treatment: They talk to you, and micromanage you even during the hiring process. at home exam, where they ask you a LOT of personal info (that are illegal. For example, they won't hire you if you smoke tobacco. Nicotine is an addictive substance, addiction is a disability! They treat you like a High School Freshman. When my qualifications far exceed the "manager" interviewing me. I'm pretty sure that individual is related to one of the higher ups, but anyways, he was rude.
2- Toxic work culture. (Ask any previous employees)
3- Low pay, (50% lower then what other companies offered me)
4- The pointless "test" they make you take.
You're better than this. Don't work here.

Weird testing process. Unsure how it related to the job. Series of pattern recognition, history recall, and math problems like if a flag pole is 34 ft and the 4ft tall fence has a 7ft shadow, how long is the shadow of the pole?
