This was a pretty lengthy process, spanning around 4 months. They have a lot of interview rounds, much like google or amazon - a prelim, an assessment, an interview with the hiring manager, a problem solving interview, one with senior leaders and one to see how you fit with the company overall. As they are trying to expand and with time differences, it ended up being quite long. I did enjoy talking to everyone, the company seemed great until the offer side of it. The process was sketchy and wildly unprofessional. While I did get the offer, and was given a verbal affirmation of what we had agreed to...3 weeks later instead of receiving a formal offer letter, they offered to bring me on for 30% less than the original offer. It was both unprofessional and slightly offensive. Not sure if they don't discuss before hand, decided to low-ball me, or if they found someone else and didn't just want to straight up tell me this. Either way, it turned into a really crummy experience and a huge waste of 4 months. I also made my salary requirements very clear at the very first screening interview. So not only did they waste my time, they also did not have regard for their employees who had to interview me.

Long but straightforward - interviewers were quite friendly and there seemed to be a lot of transparency in the overall process in terms of expectation and steps. However, given all of the hoops candidates have to go through, feedback would have been nice.
