Application is online, with behavioral questionnaire afterward. If selected from application, you go through 2 group interviews, scheduled one day after the other. This is done for their convenience, so that training videos can be shown to those ultimately selected, while individual interviews are underway. The interview is a review of data submitted, then a discussion of availability, based on current heavy patient requests. Salary is revealed and accepted on second day of interview.
