I have applied for Digital Marketing Position at RTB demand via LinkedIn. First round is with HR and second round of interview is with their heads. They can't pay salaries as you demand. They tried to break my confidence at interview process in order to convince me for low salary . Later I declined that offer as they said they will hire me as fresher even though i have almost two years of experience in Digital Marketing and they said they will pay as fresher. They are unprofessional people want to hire sheep batch for their projects. Be cautious with them.
