A employee sent the candidate resume to HR and one week later was contacted to schedule the interview. The interview occurred with two employees (one HR member and one IT member). Some technical questions to comprovate the candidate knowlodge about some tools and languages. One part of the interview was in English to avaliate the candidate English level.
