We were given a full tour of the site, which really helped me understand the role and the working environment. The assessment stage was straightforward and fair — a short maths test and an observation exercise that were clearly explained and relevant to the job. After that, I had a very pleasant 10‑minute interview with two members of the team. They were friendly, professional, and genuinely interested in my experience and motivation.
