The interview process was effortless and comfortable. The management had casual conversation during my interviews (I went thru 2), which helps with nerves and makes discussion feel much more at ease. There was an assessment as part of the application process, all done beforehand, which was great because I didn’t get asked those horrible “tell me of a time when you…” questions. I left the application and interview process really hoping to work for RSI.
