The process is pretty standard. The Recruiter and I had a great 25 min call. That led to an interview with the Hiring Manager a week later that was 45 minutes. Rescue then had me do an activity that required me to demonstrate I had the technical skills for my role. I actually liked the activity because I learned more about what I was getting myself into. My final interview was presenting my activity to the Hiring Manager and the Department Lead. They gave me a lot of space to ask my own questions and get to know them and the company more deeply.
