Interviewed this week right after work - they were flexible with scheduling! The recruiting team was great but possibly oversold the job. as far as growth goes. This isn’t always a bad thing but the person interviewing likely thought we weren’t on the same page due to this - which can create issues. Very thankful the hiring management team cleared up things and explained this job is very departmentalized - growth remains inside of AP unless you’re willing to transfer later on. The person calling to interview me was great. Very positive and professional. Answered all of my questions and even gave some background of several members of management that this position would be working under. This was a very positive experience with RAC.
