The process is very formal and clear, a recruiting representative walked me over all the details very clearly and was invested in making sure I had all the information regarding the position. Once that was done, a second round Zoom interview occurred with a direct supervisor and service manager. Following that, there was a mentioned in person interview but I was given the offer without that last step.
