Received a phone call from an assistant and scheduled and interview. Department manager asked many questions about each job I’ve had in the past and why I left those positions. Interviewer/department manager was late to arrive and answered multiple phone calls during interview. Interview lasted an hour and a half +. I had to follow up to receive their “personality” text they took a long time to send and after that never heard a word from anyone. Not even a notification to see if I wasn’t selected. More of a waste of time and not professional at all.
