The worst experience I have ever had. The interviewer never showed up. And that was the second attempt because I had to reschedule the interview the first time. I sent her an email to try to get things back on track and have the interview, but she didn't reply. When I contacted her on LinkedIn she told me that she didn't receive any email from me, and that she herself contacted me on the day of the interview to reschedule it because of a family problem. (Fake) Stay away from this kind of scoundrels.

The process was hectic, rescheduled several times due to the interviewer's availability. Interviewers are very short and focused, there was little space for asking questions. Job advertised as a full time position, but in reality US registered startup looking for cheap contract based labour elsewhere. I got to the final round, there was not enough time to ask questions. I was advised to email them to the interviewer (relatively high level manager). I sent an email with questions, HR person stopped getting back to me and I got a formal rejection. Never received any feedback despite my request and several rounds of interviews. Overall communication could be improved.
