3 interviews total. The first is a 15 minute screening interview via phone. They might ask a technical question but they aren't looking for a lot of detail yet. The second and third interviews were almost identical.They consisted of two people: One asking HR questions and the other asking technical questions. The questions overlapped between both interviews. Understand as much as possible about clean rooms and clean room behaviour. In terms of the technical questions, for the BPS role they aren't going to ask you how to calculate the pH of something; they want to know you'll be able to work 12 hours in a clean room, are able to interpret values produced by various machinery, and have attention to small details. In terms of the HR questions, accountability and responsibility is their main focus. They want to know you will report possible problems regardless if it involves your senior, and that you will immediately declare any errors you made yourself.

One interviewing over Microsoft teams and one in person consisted of 2 team members and then a aptitude test on site. They were all very welcoming and gave pointers for the test after the interview
