I applied through there career site had 10years experience in a GMP setting .Did my phone interview and waited 3 weeks to say I was successful and to be called for an interview . Proceeded with the interview and assessment and waited over 2 weeks to be told I wasn't successful ( I emailed them a week prior for an update and I got no reply after I took time out of my week to attend ) . Note I had the Experience & Qualifications . But in the interview a big red flag was for me they couldn't answer me was the job on a 18 month contract or full time as I had applied for a full time position as that's what it was stated on the job brief . Over all it was very negative experience where the hiring manager couldn't answer simple questions about the job they had advertised and they showed little respect with there lack of urgency to say if I had proceeded to the next stage . Thankfully I had accepted another position elsewhere but it was very unprofessional

One interviewing over Microsoft teams and one in person consisted of 2 team members and then a aptitude test on site. They were all very welcoming and gave pointers for the test after the interview

Takes a long time possible that I got in at the bad part of the cycle took like 3 interviews over 5 months for the complete interview process. Apply as early as you can because the process can take a while.

Interviewed by 2 people. Took about 35 minutes or so. The questions weren't hard, just also know their products and the process of how they operate in manufacturing. The rest are questions mainly about your experience etc.
