The interview was structured but not overly formal. I was interviewed by only two persons, a site supervisor and the department supervisor. I recall several questions - related to my overall background, how I work with trauma, time menagement, my range of experience, if I would be comfortable with teens, young children, older adults, and cultural responsiveness. I felt very well prepared for the interview and was hired within a day or two.
