It has been a long process but I appreciate that because it's neccessary in order to find the right fit for both parties involved. I will continue the process tomorrow after the fourth process. I'm not sure how many more there are bit I definitely want t the job. Everyone is pleasant as of now though.

Long and drawn out! 7 interview steps.. 2 interviews were the exact same. Geez! I understand finding the "right fit," but they're going to miss some great talent with this dramatically long interview process. Maybe their paying gold over there. 😆
We are certain that we are going to miss out on talent, and talent is not our measuring stick. There are millions of talented people. People that have the capacity to grow with us, that will love the seat they are in and thrive at it, find purpose in their work, and have demonstrated they are aligned with our values and culture >> those are the people we are looking for.
