No interview because I was ghosted. Recruiter reached out via LinkedIn and I responded with my availability. Recruiter confirmed date and time that they would call me. I’ve been waiting over 20 minutes for the call and have yet to receive a text or email saying that the recruiter was running behind. This is a red flag to me especially when I’m supposed to be interviewing for a leadership role in HUMAN RESOURCES. Please do better. This will certainly ensure that any high potential passive candidates will not be interested in working for RV.
