I received a phone call from one of Red Berry's Consultants, stating she had found my CV online and would I be interested in a current internal opportunity. We had a chat over the phone about what I was currently doing and what sort of salary I would be looking for. I was then invited to an interview the same day via email. The interview was very relaxed, conducted by the Consultant & HR & Operations Manager who asked me about my experience and what I could bring to the team. They seemed keen to learn more about me as a person rather than focus on my experience and qualifications. The interview lasted approximately 45 minutes and I was offered the role the same day.
