I've had high expectations with the recruitment process. After the initial discussion with the recruiter, she promised to come back with some extra information and feedback in the following week. This was in February. Didn't get a reply to my follow-up email either. While I can understand I might not have been a good fit, this lack of any kind of response is disappointing.
