I'm not sure what I got myself into, but I ended up having two lengthy panel interviews with inexperienced interviewers who seemed like entry-level associates rather than actual recruiters. They asked classic interview questions that didn't really provide any insight into the role I was applying for. No one even bothered to explain what the job entailed or gave any information about the company. After the second interview, I never heard back from them. Honestly, I didn't mind because I realized I didn't want to be part of a company like that.
